There are a few scenarios in which you may not be seeing solar credits on your Xcel Energy bill.
- The date of which your Xcel Energy bill is issued can affect the timing of when of when you will see your solar credits reflected on your bill. For more information, please see When Can I Expect To See Solar Credits on My Xcel Energy Bill?
- Xcel Energy’s Averaged Monthly Payment (AMP) Program will affect when you see solar credits. For more information, please see I am signed up for Xcel Energy’s Averaged Monthly Payment (AMP) program. Does this affect my solar credits?
- If the solar garden under produces or does not produce, your solar credits will be affected. For more information please see, What if My Solar Garden Under Produces or Stops Producing Energy for Any Reason?
- If you become ineligible by moving outside of Xcel Energy’s service territory or to a location where your utility bill is covered by a third party, for example, a landlord, you will not receive further solar credits, nor will you receive further SunShare bills.
