Social Media Giveaway Rules

Eligibility:

• The SunShare Tangletown Farm Supper Giveaway starts July 1, 2024, and ends on July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM MT.
• All new SunShare subscribers who use promo code TANGLETOWN will receive a $200 gift card to Wise Acre Eatery or Tangletown Garden Center and be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to the Tangletown Farm Supper on August 17, 2024.
• New subscribers are defined as anyone who signs their subscription documents for the first time on or after July 1, 2024.
• Current SunShare subscribers who previously used promo code TANGLETOWN are eligible if they refer a friend who successfully signs their subscription documents before July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM MT. Referrers will receive one entry per successful referral.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible subscribers. Decisions of SunShare are final on all matters. Limit one prize per person and per household address.
• One (1) First Prize: the winner will receive 2 tickets to the Tangletown Farm Supper on Saturday, August 17, 2024, in Plato, Minnesota.

Prize:

• Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners is permitted. Subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions on the face of tickets, gift cards, or imposed by the issuer.
• Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not listed above as specifically included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 and other tax-related forms and documents may be issued by SunShare if required by law.

Winner Notification and Releases:

• On or around August 1, 2024, SunShare shall notify the potential winners via email. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, they will be disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
• Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to SunShare to use the winner’s first name and last initial for purposes of announcing the winners to the other subscribers.

Liability Release & Indemnification:

• By entering this contest, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless SunShare and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Drawing or any Drawing-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

Other Terms:

• SunShare is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical, or human error.
• SunShare reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion or any portion of it for any reason, including fraud, misconduct, or technical failures that destroy the integrity of the promotion. SunShare reserves the right to disqualify, freeze, or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected.
• The referred subscriber is eligible for the drawing if they use promo code TANGLETOWN when signing up during the contest window.
• For each successful referral who signs their subscription documents before July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM MT, the referrer will receive one entry into the drawing.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

• Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ohio located in Hamilton County, and any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the entrant with regard to this promotion.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and sponsors in connection with the promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

Severability:

• If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
